Returns

If you need to return an item, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact me via Facebook or Instagram. Please let me know your order number and which item/s you would like to return and why. 

I offer full refunds (minus the original delivery charge) for items returned within 14 days of your order date. I can only accept items that are returned unworn and unwashed with all their original tags attached. I cannot accept or refund items that have been soiled or damaged.

I cannot refund the original delivery charge, unless items were faulty or incorrect. I can also not refund the delivery charge if you chose postal delivery at checkout but later request free local delivery for the Kilcullen area.

Items must be returned to: Kilgowan, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare R56 HW83. Please include a note with your name and order number.

Please note that the cost of returning items is the customer’s responsibility. If you live in the Kilcullen area, please contact me if you would like to arrange a local return.

Once I have received and accepted your item/s, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to me via the methods above. Please first check that your desired item is still available on my website, otherwise you should request a refund instead. 

The same standards and process as outlined for returns apply for exchanges. However, once I receive and accept your original item, you will be sent a new one rather than issued a refund.
